I have a winery and vineyard in Ohio. So far I have made wine from grapes, apples and pears with 11- 13% ABV. However, this is my first hard cider at 6% ABV. Since this is my first attempt at hard cider and the use of a kegorator, I though I would join this group to pick your brains. Hoping someone will have some answers to my questions. Thank you!
